On orders containing diabetic supplies, our preferred carrier is the US Postal Service, and in most other cases, products will be shipped via FedEx. Both carriers expect 2-5 business days for delivery time from the date of your order. They do not guarantee Mail transit time.
Most orders will ship at a flat rate of $6.95. Priority shipping options are available, and you may expedite an order by calling us at 888-692-7125. Actual shipping charges will be billed for all non-standard shipping options. **Note - Additional charges may apply to overweight or oversized items.
Special Order Items - Products being shipped directly from the manufacturer may take between 7-5 business days for delivery.
Backorders - All orders are subject to inventory availability, and will be placed on backorder if the entire order quantity is not available. The availabe quantity will be shipped, and the customer will be alerted of the backorder quantity, at which time you will be given the appropriate cancellation opportunity.
When returning your items please package them so they will not get damaged in transit. Any exchanges or returns must be reported to our customer service within 5 days. Please email email@example.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return.
All products being returned must be in the same condition as received, we will not accept opened or partially used items. If you are not satisfied with the product's performance please contact the manufacturer directly for any possible exchanges/refunds.
Special Order Items are non-returnable in most cases. Any accepted returns will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Call for details on return of these products.
We will accept any other returns that are fully sealed and are in the same condition as when you received them. All returns must be received in our office within 30 days of purchase. Returns not due to product defect may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 15%.
